The best customer service I have experienced with a Shopify app. Sid was awesome helping me set up the app plus adding a few extra touches at the same time. First of all, the app is absolutely great. We needed a way to set shipping rates based on weight, pickup location, delivery zip code, day, etc. We had a whole matrix of variables that we needed to solve for when setting our rates and this app did it beautifully. Even better than the app itself, though, is the support we received from the developer. Our IT staff mentioned that they’ve never experienced an e-commerce app developer like this. The app developers response time is best in class. Communication from them was clear and consistent. From initial install to post-production configuration, the level of handholding we received was extremely surprising and gratifying. (Many many thanks to Sid @ Cirkle Studio for all the help ) If you're looking to setup granular shipping rates/rules for your store this is the app you want. These are the developers you want supporting your business. Full stop.
