Excellent app and experience working with Aditya to set it up. We have complex shipping rules and he customized our setup efficiently and fitting all our requirements. Very responsive and knowledgeable service.

On top of a very easy and comprehensive interface, the team and in particular Aditya have been an immense support. They're responsive, quick and efficient at resolving any queries and requirements we have. Highly recommend this app if you require customizable shipping rates.

ShipMagic solved a shipping setup that we couldn't achieve with Shopify's native settings. We needed different shipping rates for our main products and add-ons, while avoiding additional shipping charges when they are purchased together. The app handled exactly what we needed without requiring CCS or a Shopify plan upgrade.

Their customer support was also incredibly helpful and responsive. They even checked our store directly when we had trouble with the setup. Highly recommended!
