Working with ShipDuo has been a positive experience. They offer a unique service by being able to show both small parcel and LTL carrier rates for your website. As we were working through the build of our site they were helpful and responsive in answering the questions that came up. I would recommend!
This app is unsupported.
The app is failing to give a rate 30.5% of the time for us. When we reached out to support, they replied with a templated message saying that they would look into the issue and never did. It's been 2 months and we've followed up multiple times.

Nick has been incredibly helpful in troubleshooting our freight-rate setup, identifying configuration issues, and working with us to create solutions for our larger orders. When we’ve needed adjustments, the team has responded quickly and implemented them.

ShipDuo was fantastic in providing a solution to a years-long headache in calculating shipping on our website. We ship both LTL and small package, so finding a solution that would integrate with Shopify and Shopify POS seamlessly while integrating many carriers was a necessity. We now have robust tracking for our customers, a complete sync between our POS and shipping platform, and are no longer using three different shipping platforms. They handled onboarding from our transition from WooCommerce into Shopify and have been very accommodating when trying to find custom methods that work for our business. This app has been amazing for our business. The team at Shipduo really know what they are doing. We were set up and shipping in no time. Really easy to edit and getting support from them is always ver simple. I highly recommend this app if you need automated LTL options!

I honestly don't know how we'd do it without Shipduo. We've been using them since both of our companies were just getting started, and it's been great watching us grow alongside each other.
Shipduo gives us something that's hard to put a price on: peace of mind. We don't have to worry about shipping or the customer experience after an order is placed—they handle that so we can focus on growing our business and taking care of our customers.

Critical bug and zero customer support! Read but completely ignored.
The app has a major issue with multi-piece shipments. My order has 8 boxes, but the system only generated 1 label showing "1 of 1" in the top right corner. Shipping 8 boxes with a single "1 of 1" label is impossible and risks losing packages.
To make things worse, I contacted their customer support via live chat to fix this, and they read my messages but completely ignored them. On top of that, the system doesn't even provide an option or button to cancel/refund the label so I can buy it elsewhere. Highly unprofessional for a business-critical shipping app. Avoid if you want reliable fulfillment!

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had. You are correct that your shipment should have generated a separate label for each box, and we understand how frustrating and concerning that was.
After reviewing the shipment, we found the issue was related to the specific UPS Ground Saver service selected through our third-party label provider. That service returned an inaccurate rate and only generated one label instead of the required multi-piece labels. We have since turned off that service to prevent this from happening again.
We also apologize for the delay in response. Your message came in after our normal U.S. business hours and was seen by a developer who does not handle customer support. Our after-hours auto-response should have been sent, but it did not trigger properly in this case. That is on us, and we understand why it felt like you were ignored.
To clarify, Shipduo does have a Cancel Shipment option under the shipment status dropdown, but we understand this was not clear enough and we will work to make that easier to find.
Your shipment has already been voided/refunded, and we have taken steps to make sure this specific issue does not happen again.
We hope you will reconsider your review based on how this was resolved, but either way, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could correct it.
