We have been using ShipX on multiple sites for while and have nothing but good things to say. It's customizable for all the shipping conditions we needed and the support has been very reliable. I was expecting an AI chat bot when I asked a question today and was quickly greeted by Raj who patiently worked with me to troubleshoot and figure out the source of my problem - which ended up not even being an app issue. Great support from Jenifer. We sell several product sizes from one location to 25 countries and had issues with duplicate zones across our shipping profiles. This has been a great app for our store that allows us to use product based rates with complex setups and flat rate shipping, 2+ free shipping by vendor/sku, etc. Support is the best of any app we've used. They'll hop on a zoom call and setup for you while teaching you how to do it.
