Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

Have mostly had good experience on Shiprocket. Have been using it for more than 4 years now.

Once in a while we do face fake weight discrepancy issues which I hope Shiprocket takes necessary actions.

As of now, we have tried multiple courier aggregator platforms, but Shiprocket has proven to be the best fit for our business. The support from their team, especially our managers Suhaib, Shourya, and Aman, has been exceptional. They are always ready to assist us, no matter the time, ensuring a smooth experience. The performance meetings and detailed reports they provide have significantly helped us streamline our operations. Thank you, Shiprocket, for being such a valuable part of our business journey!

Shiprocket is easy to use and offers good courier options, The platform itself is quite user-friendly, and I appreciate the wide range of courier partners and delivery options available. The shipping process, including generating labels and tracking shipments, is generally smooth,

but I’ve faced issues with inventory management, especially with synchronization for returns, replacements, and RTO. Also, it would be helpful if warning emails (like those for missed pickups or delivery delays) included individual order numbers and AWB numbers, instead of just an Excel sheet, to make tracking easier

For small business like us, each and every single customer is very important and if any issues on delivery, shiprocket takes care in priority. My SPOC Siddharth Rathore and customer care support team works even off timings to help me address the customer issues. Delivery boost another feature where we don’t have to take care of every undelivered package, they handle the reattempts. I had used Delhivery directly where i never get weight discrepancies but here i get too many whenever i use Delhivery. Though its not a shiprocket issue, it is still annoying but my SPOC took care of those too. Overall happy user. Panel is very smooth.

Extremely Disappointed with COD Charges

Initially the COD charges were ranging between ₹70 to ₹90. However, over time, these charges have been inexplicably increased to ₹150, and now they’ve skyrocketed to ₹250! This pricing is absurd, especially for businesses like ours where the product price is ₹199.

How are we supposed to sustain operations with such inflated charges? It makes no sense to pay more for COD than the product itself. This is not just inconvenient—it’s outright exploitative.

Shiprocket’s practices feel unfair and lack transparency. Absolutely not worth even 0.1 stars. Disappointed beyond words.

I have been using Shiprocket for some time now, and while the platform offers great features and ease of use, there is certainly room for improvement, especially regarding the delivery timelines. As expected with courier services, there are occasional delays, and some deliveries get affected due to factors outside of Shiprocket's control. However, these delays can be frustrating, and it would be great to see improvements in this area as time progresses.

That being said, the customer service experience has been exceptional. Ms. Manika Duggal, our Key Account Manager, has been incredibly supportive throughout. She responds to queries promptly and goes above and beyond to ensure that all concerns are addressed. Her effort to provide seamless support is definitely a bright spot in the overall service experience.

I’m hopeful that with time, Shiprocket will continue to enhance its delivery processes, ensuring quicker and more reliable service. The combination of an easy-to-use platform and responsive customer support from professionals like Manika & her team, makes it a service worth considering despite occasional delivery hiccups.

Easy integration. Dashboard is pretty convenient to use can easily understand within hours how to us and operate. Other things like Engage 360 does the job for any D2C owner. KAM assigned were pretty helpful as well.

Shiprocket team's pretty supportive & actually help me resolve pending AWBs, their engage defiently helps in reducing RTO, confirming order with customer before shipping. My experience with them has been pretty good, I recommend do give it a try, connect with their team to get issues resolved. I highly recommend them & their engage 360 also
