We have been working with shiprocket for 4 years now. Really unhelpful account managers. And they refused to take responsibility. Be ready to lose money. But then again the others are worse.

Very bad experience with Shiprocket's sales team. Before payment, the sales person promised that ₹2,999 would give us checkout for 100 orders. I asked him 4–6 times to confirm, and he said yes every time. After I paid, he changed his statement and said the plan is valid for only 1 month. This was never told before payment. This is clear mis-selling. I have requested a full refund. Other merchants, please get everything in writing before you pay.

completely fraud services please monitor your account properly or they bills you in lacs of rupees no proper customer support I was suffering with one issue. very rude response. they will waste your time they abuse with bad words such a unproffesional app I have ever seen
