I really appreciated getting to be connected with a live individual to walk through the setup. The software is pretty deep so it definitely sped up our setup time to work with someone who was familiar with it. We worked with RJ who was great and helped us customize the settings for what we need to do. Very good onboarding experience overall

That said, ShipStation has helped streamline our workflow and improve order-processing accuracy. The setup and implementation were challenging—and continue to be a work in progress—but ShipStation’s support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, especially Stephani Williams.

Through countless scheduled and impromptu meetings, Steph’s patience, flexibility, and warm personality helped turn many frustrating moments—and even a few tears—into laughter. With her thoughtful guidance, our team has gone from novice users to confidently navigating and troubleshooting the platform. We truly appreciate the level of care and support she has provided throughout the process.

Great app, and the shipping prices are very competitive. Shame you can't show availability in the way of a percentage bar, in the awaiting shipment grid, so you didn't have to open each order, then it would be perfect!

We just finished implementation of ShipStation to move our Shopify orders over to them and we couldn't be happier!

Darren Dybala was our implementation Manager and did an incredible job helping us through everything. I was a little worried about only having 3 hours in total call time but we were able to knock it out in less than that and were able to set automations and filters throughout the software to streamline our operations process. We've been using ShipStation for several years now - and it keeps getting better. We're really happy with the reliability and flexibility of its options. The ability to make you own automations is one of their best features. The user interface is simple, logical and easy to navigate. Plus their new WMS features for efficiency are a game changer. However, the best feature of ShipStation is actually its people and team. Whenever we require any service and support, they're always responsive, prompt and helpful. They seriously set the standard when it comes to support. If I could choose 6 stars instead of 5, I would. I'd highly recommend ShipStation, and for well more than just a shipping solution.

ShipStation has been nothing short of revolutionary for our workflows and shipping costs. So glad we made the change!
