Shipturtle Multi‑Vendor

Great app and great support. We have got help even during odd hours and have seen that order processing is much faster than usual other apps. Highly recommend this app to help your operations team operate faster and with no errors.

This is a fast-growing app that has already deployed powerful new features in the 12 months I've been using it. The team is receptive to user feedback and it was simple and low friction to get set up. Any issues were resolved attentively.

The major downside is the support. Because they are overseas and you are typically talking to a non-technical person, even small issues take about a week to resolve, typically. Often an incomplete solution is delivered and multiple back and forths are required for simple briefs / bug fixes.

Shipturtle has made vendor management much easier and more efficient on our Shopify store. The support team is super responsive and always helpful. Their vendor sync feature is outstanding—it works smoothly and saves us a lot of time. Highly recommended for anyone running a multi-vendor setup!

There were quite a few bugs at the beginning - but this will occur with any software extension I guess. The most important is that the Shipturtle Support is really responsive and eager to make things work, which I totally appreciate and does definitively make up my decision to stay with it. Smooth Order processing. Support team always helpful even after multiple calls. Tech for order fetching is smooth. ATS give manifest as well. we can sync ATS + Delhivery and other panel in shipturle. Its good for daily order processing, be it 10 or 100 or 1000.

The interface is clean, modern, and user-friendly, featuring easy navigation and clear visual cues.I have had a great experience so far with the app. The order management is beneficial for managing orders and the shipping process. Comprehensive tutorials, detailed documentation, and excellent customer support ensure users can quickly become proficient with the system.

Shipturtle is awesome! Tried a bunch of marketplace apps (Webkul, etc.) but none fit my unique business needs. Shipturtle just works awesome. Plus, their support is super fast - they answer my questions like, instantly! Makes running my marketplace a breeze, especially when it comes to scaling. Highly recommend!
