Terrible app.

Shopify publishes my online listings to it regardless if I put it as a sales channel or not. This leads to loads of my event tickets being bought up by bots who want event prizing to be posted to them. We dont ship and why would we post event prizing to people who dont take part in the event... 0/10 app forcing use where no consent to list products on it was given. If it's not selected as a sales channel from a product IT SHOULDN'T BE AVAILABLE ON THE SALES CHANNEL. Theres no work around for this. Make the channel optional for products and dont show products not in this sales channel end of.

Hands down one of the best apps for my store! Setup was a breeze, and it’s brought in enough steady sales and traffic to cover my Shopify subscription every month. Definitely glad I added it!

This app is great because I experienced sales upon implementation but I consider it very expensive for a beginner like me. I am now hurting with the cost but happy with the sales generated to date. Thank God for his help towards me with this venture. Thanks to Shopify and all my supporters as well.

Hi Everyone The Shop app was easy to set up, and my products connected successfully. My store is live with 143 products. I have not received any sales through Shop yet, but I hope it will help more customers discover my store. Best Regards

This app is causing a few problems for my customers, as it auto loads details in and processes orders quickly which some customers have found they miss things like the messages box etc on checkout.

although there are many tools to navigate, shopify and the shop app makes it easy for me to connect all of my social media in one space. i have everything i need and i all i had to do was upload and customize my shop front.

The Shop app genuinely converts real orders, not just impressions — I've seen it land actual attributed sales on a store that installed it. For a channel that's free to run and needs zero upkeep, that's a solid result.

I have experienced a few hiccups in the past with this app, but overall my experience has been good. The app has improved a lot since the time I first started using it. It looks and feel more modern now, and now I really enjoy working with it. I recommend it!

Shop has a strict policy that removes you from Shop when you get one chargeback. However, we only get the one random, semi-annual chargeback FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! They have the most fraudulent customers. The last one requested a refund as soon as they received a shipped confirmation, before delivery. Then, when they returned it, the customer submitted a chargeback 2 days before USPS delivered it! Of course when the bank looks at it, they just see a refund due. The bank doesn't care that you can't process it as normal because of the only option is to accept the chargeback & fee. The customer would've received a refund anyway but made us get a chargeback fee. The Shop's customers will change their mind right after purchasing and become shocked that your business is set up to actually compete orders not somehow disrupt carriers who have millions of parcels and stop the delivery of one thing they voluntary went online and purchased. Shop punishes your business for shady customers who only find your store through their app. Out of all the sales channels we use. The rare chargeback is always a Shop' customer.
