This app is causing a few problems for my customers, as it auto loads details in and processes orders quickly which some customers have found they miss things like the messages box etc on checkout.

It's really not that bad, all in all a good experience, I just wish they made they made setting up the pricing and shipping and taxes a bit easier without having to shell out 300+ dollars. Setting up each individual item to account for free shipping on our end is a real hassle, also if you have to publish new changes it can routinely encounter an error and it tells you to reach out to help desk, who is difficult to reach.

My only concerns updates are not in real time. It takes a while for changes to reflect when redoing the shop store front.

Hey I couldn't find the option to advertise on ChatGPT through the shop app advertising tab I need some help.

I'm not getting a lot of traffic from Shop. Is it because my store is not getting the right amount of exposure on this App?

Doesn't easily say if you have a live campaign, duration, or a pause.
