Shop

I was very apprehensive about switching to Shopify and the sidekick AI was invaluable in my transition. I was able to set everything up, transfer all my inventory data and sales have skyrocketed. If you are on the fence, here is your nudge to the good side!

Shop is informing our customers of "estimated delivery dates" at checkout. In the needlework industry, there is currently an industry wide shortage of materials that has been in effect since November/December of 2025. We can not guarantee these delivery dates to our customers when item may need to be ordered from our vendors and they themselves are experiencing delays of 6 months or more to receive product. There is no option on the Shop app to turn this feature off to stop misinforming customer and we keep receiving calls and emails asking why they haven't received their orders when the delivery date said such & such. This is a horrible feature! Please fix this so we can disable it!

"I got 4 orders through the Shop app. It's easy to set up and great for getting discovered by new customers. Highly recommend!"

Great app for our Shopify store

We use the Shop app for MORV (morv.world), our Shopify store specialising in artisanal leather footwear and bags for men and women. The app gives our customers a smooth shopping experience, convenient order tracking and a faster checkout process. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify and makes the entire journey from purchase to delivery clearer and more convenient. Highly recommended for Shopify merchants.

"SHOP" stole all of my profit on the 5 sales that I was able to get through this app. I read that the cost was $15.00 per new customer, not $15.00 per item they purchased which took way over the amount of profit I would have made. Do not trust this app if you do not have more than $15.00 profit in each item purchased. #Disgraceful! #Terrible app!, #Rip Off

Happy to see new advancements with Shop since its initial launch. Sales increasing through the app all the time.

Very good app, I adapted it to my shop and since then it has continued to grow my customers. I highly recommend it.

Shop is a secure, versatile shopping tool. You can find almost any product, especially those specially, smaller companies that have unique custom products- but may not have the large production facilities and huge amounts of inventory for Amazon. Shop is easy to use, stores your info, all to streamline and expand your shopping experience.

The Shop app has been a game-changer for my business. It has made it incredibly easy to expand my reach and connect with new customers who wouldn't have found my store otherwise. The interface is user-friendly, the integration is seamless, and it provides a fantastic platform for growing a brand. If you are looking to boost your visibility and attract fresh buyers, I highly recommend it!
