Om je pop-up formulier op je landingspagina in te stellen, moet je de thema-app-integratie inschakelen. Bekijk deze screenshot voor hoe je dat doet.

Quiero cambiar el ancho de los campos, pero no puedo ¿Cómo puedo hacer esta modificación?
Gracias por su reseña. En este momento, ajustar el ancho no es posible, pero apreciamos enormemente sus comentarios. Sin duda los tendremos en cuenta mientras trabajamos en mejoras futuras de nuestras características de personalización.

Podiam aprimorar habilitando a função de escolha. Exemplo: após a conclusão da compra da cliente, ela recebe essa form em formato de pesquisa com alternativas, sem a necessidade de cadastro de email ou quaisquer outras informações.
Can not edit at all!! Now I can’t add a new line to the form. Can type but can’t click done to save it. Horrible. Now I either have to make it all over again or find a new software app.

Looks great and simple to use. Sure there are some features not available but it works well and integrates perfectly.
Easy to set up forms, impossible to embed those forms.

- Enable Theme App Embeds: First, ensure that the theme app embed is activated on your store. You can follow the instructions in this help document to set it up correctly: https://shopify.link/ozB1.
- Add an App Block for Inline Forms: If you're using an inline form, you'll need to take an additional step. Add an app block to your theme and attach the inline form ID. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://shopify.link/rJAB.

Great app! but can we customise the layout rather than having all fields in vertical order?
I can't find the data that the user filled in through the form
Hi, there! Thanks for taking the time to complete a review for the Forms App! You should be able to see the information provided by your forms by following these steps from this help document (https://shopify.link/35og):
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Forms.
On the Overview page, do either of the following:
To view the submissions for all of your forms, click Total submissions in the metrics section.
To view the submissions for a specific form, click the title of the form that you want to view, and then click Submissions in the metrics section.

Not sure why 2.7 stars , I find this app amazing, what else you want for something that is free. Yes you may have to customize it, may be a bit of work but it works .
Like the other reviews said, you can't add the form to just one page, you need to add it shop wide for some reason
