Shopify Forms

Je l'utilise pour mon offre de rabais lors de l'inscription à mon infolettre, mais c'est impossible d'exporter les inscriptions. J'aimerais savoir combien de clients achètent après l'inscription.

How difficult is it to simply make a form builder that you can attach to your footer. You'll spend an hour navigating around this app trying to figure out WHERE or HOW to do this simple thing-- only to draw a blank. Then you'll contact customer support and wait 48 hours (or never).

This app has very few features and can't be customized. What customization features that are available are purposefully limited. For instance adding text to the form to provide instructions or disclaimers are limited by 120 characters. Why would you do that if only to try to force the store owner into paying for a basic feature that is already built into most other shopping carts. Like Shopify doesn't make enough with their subscription fees and transaction fees.

l'app funziona molto bene e ci sta portando clienti dentro con l'iscrizione e parte il flow perfettamente.

Never like leaving bad reviews, but have to in this case. The limitations in styling and data collection pretty much render this absolutely useless, at least for in-line forms.

If you want to create an obtrusive pop-up form or quick offer it might be ok, but for anything with any level of branding, or having multiple unique forms for different customer segments and tags, its a big fat nope!

Really disappointing, but it seems to fit Shopify's model of forcing paying customers to pay for yet another third-party app :/

Tengo un problema y es que el formulario en dispositivos IOS requiere doble tap para cerrar el formulario, lo que causa que los clientes que llegan , se vayan porque no pueden cerrar el formulario con un solo tap. Alguien sabe como se puede solucionar esto?

It's easy enough to create a form, but the limited customization options make this app basically useless for anyone who cares about their store design. You can't even add custom CSS via the theme editor since the form is sequestered behind a shadow dom.

Would be perfect if I could:
- decide background for inline forms or at least give them one of my color scheme
- decide font px and match it with the rest of the website
- match the overall look with my website
- insert CSS simple prompt and make them work (even the AI is not capable to modify!)

This app offers an excellent and easy to use UI, but it currently has a terrible bug: metaobjects that are created from form submission cannot be deleted due to an access problem introduced by a platform update in May 2025: https://shopify.dev/changelog/public-access-for-app-owned-metafields-and-metaobjects-is-now-disabled

Our stores expect hundreds of thousands of form submissions and this renders the app unusable since we would quickly exhaust our metaobject quota. I'll definitely keep watch for updates though.

Great, super easy to use. You can do pop up or in-line forms, create custom meta fields for the information you want to collect. And it's quick and easy for people to fill in.
