Shoplink QuickBooks Desktop

This app is so helpful and saves me so much time vs entering manually. The help desk is great, always available when I need and will either tell me step by step or come on my screen to help (which I need). Highly recommend!!

Integrator app moves my Shopify data to Quickbooks with minimal intervention. On the rare occasions I have a glitch, Support is immediately responsive and has to be the most friendly and helpful tech support I've ever encountered. Five stars today to Joe.

Couldn't really use Shopify with my brick and mortar store with out this integration. This does require a phone call and screen share to set up but takes very little time and certainly is painless compared to trying to figure it out any other way.

I can update pricing, stock, and sales easily on a daily basis between my QBPOS and Shopify.

Worth a look if you are trying to operate a real store and online at the same time.

I would probably give this app a 4 star rating just because I think visually it could be a bit better (easier to view / read). Tim's customer service makes up for any issues and definitely makes this app a solid 5 star!

Not only has this app been a life saver, but the customer service Tim & Dan offer is grade A. They have sat on the phone with patience and all the help in the world. I can't thank them enough for that.

The Inventory Sync app has been a tremendous benefit to our business. It has made the process of reconciling our inventory seamless by ensuring that items sold in our brick and mortar store are removed from our website so that our customers can be assured that items listed on our website are available. As a small boutique retailer, the time saved by not having to manually reconcile our inventory is invaluable.

With regard to customer service, Tim is the best. He responds immediately to inquiries and resolves any issues promptly. He is proactive in monitoring the performance of the software and will notify the customer if he sees any areas that may need attention. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this software.

This app is amazing! I was trying to use Quickbooks online but I've been too comfortable with my desktop version and not willing to change. I had been manually transferring customer orders over which was no problem at first, but as we've grown it has been a huge time consuming task. I didn't know if this was going to help at all, since other apps have been unsuccessful...but it has been a life changer! After a few hiccups it does more than I expected and has been a dream. Easy to import orders from my shopify store. Also, I cannot save enough about the customer services, they have been AWESOME! If you are considering an app, try the trial offer, I bet you'll love it.
