The system's questions cannot be deleted, however they are always in English, ignoring the store's default language. Even if you delete the automatic response to write it in the store's language, the question is not editable.

Lack of export/import extension, all FAQ had to be added manually. No translations or localisation.
Import will add 2 star and localisation another one, so for starters ok, but can be done better, especially that Shopify generates file: sitemap_agentic_discovery.xml

The documentation is not very clear but this is NOT a FAQ or Knowledge base that you can display in your shop. It is used by AI chat agents to answer questions that customers ask. Which AI chat agents? Your guess is as good as mine.

@shopify - please update the docs and faq for this app so that others don't need to waste their valuable time trying to find this info on the internet.

It's great that Shopify finally offers this natively! Unfortunately, the app is not yet multilingual, so it's currently unusable for us.
