Shopify Messaging

Easy to set up and use. Created and scheduled my first newsletter in under an hour with no technical knowledge needed. Clean editor, good template options, and scheduling works perfectly. Great app for small business email marketing.

on the messaging home page, at the top it says how many messages it has sent, but in the detail page below it only gives open rate and click rate, I would love for that detail page to also include how many emails sent,

We get a lot of business from our newsletter that goes out weekly.

The default template configuration does not allow for html coding or liquid changes. This is an oversight.

We are updating and optimizing our store. Sidekick has been very useful heping with Liquid Coding, generated images & text editing.

Overall good experience! I wish there was a way to have a unified header and footer template to expedite emails. Also, I wish the editor was like the Pages editor, more free flowing, where I could have my text then insert variables like FirstName, Product, CartItem, discounts, etc...

Makes it much easier to keep contact with your customers.

I use it for product drops and sale announcements - but I've just learned to incorporate BLOGS, so I'll partner those blogs with Messaging to announce their publishing.

I have been generally happy with the Messaging App. It is relatively simple to use; not at all expensive and effective at getting my emails out to my customer/subscriber base.
Some of the technical stuff - photo/video type; page layout etc is a bit beyond my skills. Tutorials or webinars would probably be helpful, but there are some work arounds that I have found that help.

Mediocre, basic analytics don't work and is not well integrated with Shopify.
What's the point of having a fully integrated app that cannot pull any stats from what you are sending out? Seems like a Shopify thing.
Also falls advertiesment on the description, the track results part doesn't work nor register properly.

Excellente application.

Applications à rajouter en grandes quantités.
Ventes sur plusieurs canaux excellents.
Petit bémol : faut être doué en informatique pour tout faire seul.
Mais je recommande vivement.
