Shopify Messaging

The Shopify messaging app is easy to use and manage. It also tracks the effectiveness of the message for future campaign management.

Not as dynamic for editing as a Klaviyo. Would love ability to preserve colors when in dark mode. HUGE limitation of Shopify Messaging. Analytics are fairly basic, would like to see deeper insights into engagement with emails and SMS.

Simply because it has an amazing ROI and it's easy! Where else can you get such great results...and the longer you use it the better your returns.

It used to work great...then they stopped actually sending it to my customer list and only to 2000 users. LET ME SEND EMAILS!

i am saving so much money switching from other apps to messaging- my open rates have improved dramatically, too- make the switch!

good templates are basic but fine the image sizing is a bit average for the templates, but seeing its free can'y complain. Thank you Shopify!

Very easy to use. I'm hoping Shopify keeps improving it. I'd love to be able to insert a background image and have HTML text over it.
