great app, makes sending easy, segments are great, just wish you could see bounce reasons and deal with those better.

So far, it is pretty good. Easy to insert discounts, decent analytics. I wish it allowed us to see more information about subscribers, such as sign-ups, bounces, etc.

Great app! Translated directly to sales on the first time using it and has generated additional sales each time. Use it for weekly announcements & featured products highly recommended!

This email app has saved me for my Black Friday sale. I made an email to all subs in another app, but it required me to upgrade my subscription and spend more money. Luckily I remembered that Shopify has their own email app, and I was able to quickly use their template to get something nice out to my customers. The templates are more basic than some other paid apps, but I will continue using Shopify Email for my small business.

Easy to use, and each campaign email is highly customizable. It is everything I need for my email marketing campaigns. Best of all there is no trial period or hidden prices for additional features.

It's great. I can keep all my customers up to date on products with newsletters, sales and other promotions, as well as educational pieces about natures medicine (herbs). I didn't know that shopify can do so much, especially for the price.

I'm quite happy with shopify, this app is easy to use. My previous email service I could only send up to 500 emails max... and it was very limited to what things i can do. with this application, I can automate abandoned cart emails, discounts for new subscribers and so many more things that I'm still exploring. My emails are converting much better now. I send about 1,600 emails monthly now. I'm so happy with this platform. It feels easy and liberating because I can do much more.

Missing a few more customizations and deeper analytics but other than that it's pretty good! It's fast and easy which is my favorite part.

If your not using this app, you really should be! It performs just as good as pay to play apps that have the same features.
