Shopify Messaging

Tenho tido uma experiência muito positiva com a aplicação. É simples de usar, bastante intuitiva e facilita muito o dia a dia de quem tem um negócio. Gosto principalmente da facilidade em apresentar os produtos e chegar a novos clientes sem complicações.

Diria que vale a pena experimentar. No meu caso, tem sido uma ferramenta útil e sinto que me ajuda realmente a dar mais visibilidade ao negócio. Até agora, só tenho coisas positivas a dizer.

This is a very user friendly and inexpensive email platform. I just switched from Mailchimp and there are some areas in need of improvement.

1. Sending is too slow: A 26K list took around 4 hours to send. Being able to send when you want to send, should be a feature and seems important for BFCM.
2. Analytics are a little weak. I feel like someone could vibe code a better reporting solution if only the data were accessible. Click maps would be very helpful.
3. It doesn't provide insight into which addresses are being suppressed due to bounces. I'd really like to unsubscribe bounced addresses over time. Otherwise, if you ever switch to another platform, you have no idea who to exclude and risk a reputation hit on your first campaign. If they don't solve this, I think I'll need to find another solution sooner rather than later.
4. It doesn't provide insight into who opened or clicked on a campaign. This would be very helpful in figuring things out and could be truly epic when paired with AI down the line. Also, resending a version of a campaign to non-openers is a very effective strategy which you can't do on this platform.

That said, it's a good start. I'm hoping to see a more mature solution or more robust API access so that we can roll our own helper tools.

4 stars. Simple, reliable, and the list lives right in my store, which I like. My one ask: let AI assistants and connected tools build and send campaigns. I run my store with Claude, and it can set up discounts, upload files and manage products through Shopify, but it can’t touch Messaging, so every email ends up as manual click-work. Opening that up would make this an easy 5 stars.

The Shopify Messaging app is built in a way that is user friendly, you are able to customize the template with your branding. It is great that the past messaging can be reused and adjusted, which does not take too much of your time. You can monitor performance .

Incredibly simple layout with templates that are easy to customize with your branding. All the tools you would need for just about any email/message flow and can easily set up automation. Love that don't need a separate email platform.

A little clunky to use, but extremely reasonably priced and I like that it says within our store. Gets the job done without needing yet another outside vendor and we're leaning more about how to make our mails look good. 4.5 stars.

Really easy to use and I love that everything is integrated with my Shopify store. Creating emails, adding products and sending campaigns is quick and straightforward. It saves me having to use a separate email platform and does everything I need.
