Initially, it was a bit difficult to understand, but it became much clearer as I continued. The first attempt is always the hardest, but everything makes sense once the instructions are followed.

Shows great stats almost immediately! Never had one issue sending an email out! Solid work Shopify!

It is Amazing what can be done - but it is a good thing you have Sidekick - as others are truly mystifying - confusing - etc. Usually fixed in a jiffy, but when it takes 30mins-3hrs - I want to leave and find another platform. Then I look at my website and think what a work of art (created myself) - call it a day and comeback later for more amazement (or punishment) - surprise - I never know which.

Once you gain an understanding of its purpose it becomes very useful. In the beginning I did not take the time to learn it and grew frustrated with it.

So far, no issues.

App keeps improving :) and SO Much more affordable that other expensive email software apps.
