all old templates are gone!
Hi, there.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your review.
If you have any custom templates in the legacy Order Printer app, then you'll need to migrate your templates to the Shopify Order Printer app.
In order to do so, you need to copy your template's code from the legacy app, and then paste the code into the new app. However, the new Shopify Order Printer app has a slightly different implementation than the legacy Order Printer app. This means that some of your existing templates might not work initially, and you might need to make some adjustments to your template's code. You can find more information here: https://shopify.link/18NL.
Additionally, you can also get in touch with our authenticated Support, as they may be able to take a look: https://shopify.link/vRnL. -Victoria, Shopify Support.
I wanted to import the templates from the old app into the new one, but the fonts are not being carried over.
Hey, there! If the font changes you want to make are within the scope of our Design Policy, our Theme Support team may be able to customize the for you. Please get in touch with us via the Help Center so we can look into this: https://shopify.link/1w5D. If our Theme Support team isn't able to help, I recommend posting in the Shopify Community forums for suggestions from other merchants and developers: https://shopify.link/7kzD. -Sophia, Shopify Support
I wanted the barcode on my packing list. Through shopify this is not possible. With this app i was able to use AI to code and have the barcode on my packing list.
I've used many order printer apps for Magento etc, this one for Shopify is really easy to use and a great price. Recommended
Works great! Used the sidekick ai to help me customize my layout a bit.
Still unusable two years later. Still will not import our template. Shopify still showing it doesn't listen to customer feedback.
One of the best in its category, I have been using it for multiple device prints and it works seamlessly, the best part is customization.. highly recommended.
Love this App. Found really usefull and very easy to customise invoices/packing slips even a single word according to my requirements. Run very smoothly always.
Thanks!
Il est dommage que les commandes brouillons/provisoires ne soient pas accessibles avec Order Printer. Sinon, il est efficace.
Very easy to print packing slips, pick lists, and invoices. Helps me a TON!!!
