Shopify Order Printer

What a piece of crap. Code does not work - looks like crap - very unprofessional and thrust upon us without warning - sip your coffee you billionaire who easily can take advantage of us - not happy - not good. william g.

I've been using this app for 9 years and it's been nothing but perfect! I was worried about the switch to the new update after reading the reviews, but when I finally updated, it was so simple. I worried over nothing. I read one review that said it prints out of order, but that has literally never happened to me. I really don't get the low rating, because I love it!

We have been using the Order Printer app for the past four years without any issues, but recently, we encountered a major problem—the printing functionality has disappeared from the Shopify POS. This has significantly disrupted our workflow, as we rely on the app for order processing.

Upon reaching out for a solution, I was advised to use a paid app, which is overpriced for something that has always been available for free.

I've been using this app for many years. The new iteration does take a lot of adjusting to but fortunately the devs left up a version they called the 'legacy' version which I used until feeling comfortable going to the new version. The new form for the packing slip is really good which is why I rate this app 4 stars. I do kind of prefer the look of the legacy invoice but the new one is just fine.

I was concerned about going from the original Order Printer to Shopify's order printer. After seeing that I may have to modify some code, and I'm not a coder, I was worried about the transition.

I had been using the original app for so many years and have made many customizations, I was worried they wouldn't carry over, but it worked flawlessly with not extra work other than "importing".

The only change I had to make was, unchecking the Shopify default templates I didn't need and check the default template I wanted and "done"!

The only reason I only gave it 4 stars and not 5 is, I just made the transition this morning and only time will tell if I run into any issues.

I am not sure why Shopify does not improve the ‘Shopify Order Printer’ to make it easier to use and send invoices after orders are shipped automatically. Instead, Shopify suggests spending more money on third-party apps that are not located in the UK or EU. What a mess! Why replace a perfectly functioning App with a new App that makes no real contribution? All the custom templates I had created have to be redone, the code I had written doesn't work in the new App. I'm very, very disappointed! I will use the previous Order Printer Legacy App as long as I can and I hope that Shopify will intervene and fix this serious damage.

All I needed was the pick list. Works for me!
