I installed it and they immediately charged me $10. I ran the website compliance check on my store, and it said my site was perfect! 100% in compliance! Immediately uninstalled, still charged the $10. I should have started a fire with it instead.
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to try our app. We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused.
Our app includes multiple WCAG standards that can be configured in the app settings, and the results of a compliance scan can vary depending on which standard is selected. Because of this, a site may appear fully compliant under one configuration while showing issues under another.
We take accuracy seriously and have a number of tools to investigate cases like this in detail. To demonstrate our commitment, we’ve already issued a full refund for your charge.
If you’re open to it, please contact us at support@shoplab.cc, and our development team will be happy to review your site and provide a clear explanation. Thank you again for your feedback it helps us improve.
