I ran into a new issue and reached out for help—honestly, no praise is too much for Justin. His support was incredibly fast and effective. The interface is also very intuitive and flexible, with customizable options like countdown, relative date display, simple hide on certain product pages, fonts, and tones—all available even in the free version, which is super friendly for new stores. I already felt its positive impact just one day after going live!

What I love most is the flexibility: I can customize delivery times based on products, collections, or even locations. I love it, it's simple and useful. I can change the Date format and language quickly. The app branding can be removed easily and quickly, just contact the customer support by a simple click, and it's been removed in a second.

I had tried a different ETA app and while robust and beautiful, there was one feature that was vital to my shop that customer service just couldn't get to work. It was also 3x more expensive. So I decided to give this one a shot and it was incredibly easy to set up and activate. I had one question about adding the ETA to order confirmations and the code snippet needed was quickly provided by customer service.

Une équipe plus qu'extraordinaire. Il manquait quelques petites fonctionnalités indispensables dans le cadre de notre boutique en ligne et ils nous ont accompagné sans relâche. Un abonnement plus que rentable pour nous. Juste en quelques heures, ils mettent tout en œuvre pour répondre aux besoins de leurs clients.
