Doesn't seem useful. The suggestions are very generic.

Tremendous potential - but pay attention to your target audience, Shopify. Much of your value proposition centers around small to medium sized businesses who don't have access to highly experienced web teams - the very thing that makes Shopify so wonderful! These results from these simulations are useless without easy execution paths both understandable and executable for the average Shopify user.

What a waste of time and money. No actionable feedback, whoever came up with this concept and built it should be ashamed.

bots cant access store, no support. waste of time.
it recommended crap that my site already has, it was just trying to get me to purchase a service I clearly didn't need.

The app has great potential, but without being able to customise Customer Persona's there is only a small benefit to its analysis. Our example is that our market is 95% University students who utilise this site for university merchandise, sport programs, club memberships and events and course equipment. Adding data to help fine tune the bots personas would significantly increase the effectiveness of the app to be tailored to the customer base that we have.
