We like the automatic payout function, which saves us so much time.

We love the customer service we receive from Simple Affiliate! Over the years we have worked with them, we have had a few somewhat unusual situations occur with our affiliates. The team at Simple Affiliate has always been prompt to return our chat requests, knowledgeable in their responses, and dedicated to finding solutions when the response needed means they need to dig in a bit deeper. I am a user of the first hour. I use this app since 2020 and it only improved and improved. We want to make it possible for influencers, bloggers etc to get an incentive to recommend our products, in case it is genuine. And Simple Affiliate works perfectly for that. Also we like to be as passive as possible. It should work, so that we can work on other things. And I can tell you: it works :) So I can tell you, download the app, reach out to positive influencers and give them a good reason to affiliate your products. This app won't cost money. It will make you money.

Great app, straightforward, very affordable, and has enough flexibility to be customized to fit our brand well. Support has been great, often receiving a solution same day. Developer has even jumped on to test any troubles we had and fixed right away.

The app functions well and they continue to make improvements. We are hoping to derive more sales from it, but this has less to do with the app and more to do with finding the right affiliates that have large audiences who would be inherently interested in our specialized beauty product. Watch out for the people that sign up as Affiliates so that they can use the discount code for their own personal purchases, that has been an ongoing problem. Sebastian is awesome! He is very responsive to any questions and always available to help! Definitely recommend Simple Affiliate.

I've been using Simple Affiliate for a few months now and I really like it so far. It's easy to set up and has all the features you need to run an affiliate program. The ability to autopay affiliates directly into their bank accounts is a huge plus. Also, the support team is super responsive and helpful.

We're new to Simple Affiliate so take this review with that in mind. As a small business owner, I appreciate the simplicity of this app and the many different ways to customize the appearance of the interaction pages.
I love that Simple Affiliate tracks all 1099 activity. This saves me time and allows me to concentrate on the business building aspects of our Affiliate Program. I had a video call with Sebastian and he not only answered all of my questions, he also went in and did some coding to get my interaction pages to match the look and feel of my website. That was above and beyond in my opinion and an example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. As long as everything works as it's supposed to, I think we've found a winner with Simple Affiliate.

The app is too basic for an Affiliate app and not enough features to grow a good, robust affiliate program. They also just increased their fee structure with a double percentage. We had just signed on and then received their email of the increased charges. That was enough to make us search for another affiliate program. They do offer responsive customer service, which we liked. But, other than that, no. We didn't see any affiliate sales during the month using them, and, I think, based on other platforms out there, it is likely because the platform is just too basic. Simple is good, but, sometimes simple can be too simple.

Simple Affiliate's team is phenomenal! They are always super-responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to help facilitate a smooth onboarding and ongoing experience. If we run into any minor issue, their team is willing to implement changes on their service to accommodate and improve our experience. They have excellent customer service. Any questions or needs for help are answered right away. We are so glad we moved to this app from another that was not providing the same level of experience or items we needed.
