Their customer service is insanely good. They go in and adjust things for you for theme updates and provide the code for you when having issues with CSS. By far the best affiliate customer service experience we've ever had with a business

I was having problems getting my affiliates paid, Sebastian was my chat contact. It was, of course, user error. Sebastian walked me through everything within 5 minutes. First, Sebastian was awesome. I am NOT tech savvy at all, and he was so helpful in getting our affiliate program started and setup. He showed me where to go to fix/update things whenever I need to. Very nice and professional as well. I highly recommend.
