Customers choose delivery or pickup and a time in the cart, so every order arrives already planned.

Draw the areas you deliver to on a map and give each its own fee, minimum order and a spend that stops delivery being charged. In the cart, customers pick Delivery, Direct to Boot or Click & Collect and book a time that follows your trading hours, cut-offs, public holidays and how many orders each slot can take. Checkout confirms the address and time before the order is placed. Your team works from a run sheet grouped by delivery time, and marking an order complete fulfils it in Shopify.
