Update inventory across suppliers and warehouses with scheduled auto-sync to avoid oversells.
When supplier files and warehouse counts disagree, you must update inventory to avoid oversells. Simple Inventory Upload imports CSV and Excel files and maps columns once. Update quantities, prices, cost, barcodes, and weight for existing variants. Pull feeds from URL, FTP, or SFTP. Schedule recurring imports to keep stock aligned across locations. Auto-hide out-of-stock items and export inventory valuation CSVs. Built for merchants with 1,000+ SKUs.
- Update inventory and prices from CSV to prevent overselling across locations
- Sync stock levels from supplier URLs, FTP, or SFTP to keep counts accurate
- Set low-stock thresholds per SKU and location and get email restock alerts
- Export inventory CSVs filtered by location, vendor, or tags with shareable links
- View inventory valuation by location and export CSV reports for accounting

Amazing customer support! I’ve connected two suppliers with the help of Chris and I can’t rave enough about how much he’s gone above and beyond with assistance! And SUPER quickly too. This is not some dried up app that leaves you to “figure it out”. I had to figure Shopify out quick in two weeks, so when things don’t work right… I’m at a loss. Stores can’t just stop because of all this backend stuff and things not syncing right. Especially small sellers… or the money stops. He really took the time to troubleshoot with me and got my concerns taken care of in no time at all. It’s a great app and you can tell the people who work it really know what they’re doing. Very happy with my experience. :)
SENCILLO, FÁCIL DE MANEJAR. GRACIAS.
Five stars, great app and very good value for how well it works. Have been using it on three stores in the past. Support is awesome too. I use it for FTP servers and manual CSV imports to add inventory from other warehouses.
