Simple Invoice ‑ Order Printer

This is the first time I feel the emergency to rate an app because it is simply great, it changed the game for my team regarding the edition of invoices and delivery sheets, the customization was great and the customer service was truly helpful and very fast, special thanks to Chuck who helped me ass all the features I needed until I got familiar with the app!

Simple Invoice is the exact solution I needed for invoicing needs in my Shopify store. Love the customisation possibilities. The good thing is that i can test the working concept on a free tier. And as my business grows, I know I can upgrade and get more advanced features that I will need eventually. Support is excellent. My questions were answered swiftly and in in depth. Thank you, team!

Simplio is very very good. A small thing I can suggest is, to add a footer box to the template. Specifically here in Germany, we must place legal information like the bank account, company register nr, company tax nr, managing director, etc.
Another suggestion would be adding an option to choose if the discount should be calculated for each item or just from the total.

Un grand merci à eux ! Une petite amélioration : la possibilité d'utiliser des drives partagés Workspace pour le téléchargement automatique des factures. En tous les cas, cette application est parfaite pour factures et avoirs !

Awesome app! This was the 3rd invoicing app I tried. Perfect cross between ease-of-use and customizability. Their support is incredible as well. I needed a custom feature - I wanted the invoice to pull a Cart Attribute to display. They got it done within 24 hours of me requesting it. I also love that I have the flexibility to either print/download/or email the invoice, AND you can edit each invoice individually if necessary.

I have just started the free plan, to be able to send invoices to clients right away. It is going to save time to more productive tasks ( instead of going in my case to google drive, make the invoice, and send it by mail). Very friendly dashboard and stylish minimal invoice that I have easily customised. It is really a great help for a small business to be able to offer up to 50 invoices for free a month. As I scale I will gladly upgrade so the invoices are automatically sent. Thank you Simplio!

After a small issue with not being able to get hold of support we did manage to get there. With the few questions I had easily resolved along with some minor adjustments to the standard template I must say that Simplio is by the far the best app for generating invoices. They offer what all the other apps offer and more in some cases for a much better value for money. We have been using Simplio since from the start originally just for pick up orders and now used for invoicing all our wholesale cliental. Everything we have needed it to do can be done and if you can't then there is a good chance support can.

I've tried many apps and stayed with Simplio. First of all, I really appreciate that it's free when you have less than 50 orders/month, this really helps you out when you're just starting your business. The customer service is excellent, I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and they sent me screen recordings of how I could fix it. I have just upgraded to the premium plan since I believe I'll need those extra functions. It costs only $6.99, the best price I could find considering the huge value that the app provides! The app is really easy to use, the invoices are pretty, and I know the customer service is always there for me if I need anything. Thank you Simplio Team!

I have a great pleasure to may high recommend this app!!!!! For All Small - bussiness - Owner is the best app for working with invoices I ever had : all procceses are going very, very quick, without any problems. It´s very intuitive app ( much better for such People like me:) ), You can download it and actually starting to work with within a minutes (I have to change some options because of the language I use : German). You may personalize Your invoices, uploading Your own logos or pictures! It works perfectly compatible with Customers orders ! We've been using this app for about 2 months now and so far we are very happy with it! The inline edit-ability of invoices is very useful in giving control of the layout, look and content of the invoices.

I would give this app 5 stars if there were just a couple more features:

1. Link within invoice so that customers can make payments - I understand this feature is coming soon and I am very much looking forward to it

2. We need to add some custom info to our invoices - such as payment terms, due date, etc. We then have to download the customized invoice and manually email to the customer. A nice feature would be the ability to email the invoice to the customer directly from the invoice edit screen
