I've been using the free app for more than a year, it does an amazing job and it cut my admin time by so much. Robert and the team were able to customise the app to meet our needs. The app is simple to set up with logos and required fields. The app also allows for customisation of wordingd and date format which is important when not based in the States. The app also allows for automated tax invoices which are necessary in Australia

Honestly Chuck has been amazing fast and efficient in responding how to use Simplio with custom attributes in Shopify. i will really recommend this app, Shopify is really missing the ability to have the business name, company number, VAT number in an invoice you are sending in a B2B transaction. This app is excellent! Super easy to set up and start sending invoices with their simple invoice designer. I like how the app is hosted inside shopify rather than taking you off to an external site to manage your invoices. It's helped us create an easy solution for quoting customers too. Great for creating Invoices and Packing Slips really fast and easy. Customizable Template & Designs and options for automatic E-Mail available. Their support has been really helpful with our requests. Also, the App offers a free tier for up to 50 invoices a month which is a super nice touch, especially for small stores starting out and looking to grow. 100% recommended!

Simple Invoice is the exact solution I needed for invoicing needs in my Shopify store. Love the customisation possibilities. The good thing is that i can test the working concept on a free tier. And as my business grows, I know I can upgrade and get more advanced features that I will need eventually. Support is excellent. My questions were answered swiftly and in in depth. Thank you, team!

Simplio is very very good. A small thing I can suggest is, to add a footer box to the template. Specifically here in Germany, we must place legal information like the bank account, company register nr, company tax nr, managing director, etc.
Another suggestion would be adding an option to choose if the discount should be calculated for each item or just from the total.

Un grand merci à eux ! Une petite amélioration : la possibilité d'utiliser des drives partagés Workspace pour le téléchargement automatique des factures. En tous les cas, cette application est parfaite pour factures et avoirs !

Awesome app! This was the 3rd invoicing app I tried. Perfect cross between ease-of-use and customizability. Their support is incredible as well. I needed a custom feature - I wanted the invoice to pull a Cart Attribute to display. They got it done within 24 hours of me requesting it. I also love that I have the flexibility to either print/download/or email the invoice, AND you can edit each invoice individually if necessary.
