First, I would like to offer my sincere apologies to the Simple Invoice team for the issues that occurred during this support experience. Here is the full sequence:

I needed to obtain the website-specific hash ID, so I sent an inquiry email to the team. Because I did not receive a reply in time, I asked our partner app to forward the question to the team on my behalf. Unfortunately, I still received no response. After many attempts, I finally tried leaving a negative review, hoping it would attract attention.

Although it was not an ideal method, it did directly connect me with a team member—a slightly amusing route. I hope the team can optimise the contact channels or open an in-app在线咨询 option and require every initiator to leave contact details, so inquiries can reach the right person accurately. Since I entered our company information in the store settings, that may be why I did not receive replies promptly.

Despite the long time it took to reach the team, I found the service excellent. As soon as Robert understood my issue, he provided timely assistance, passed the relevant information to the technical support staff of our partner app, and worked with me to solve the problem. All follow-up responses were also very prompt, making the support experience outstanding!

Once again, I apologise for this misunderstanding and express my gratitude to the team for their support and help.

Really, really simple to use, works straight away. Love that they have a free option for small businesses that you can then trade up onto with no sacrifices on great functionality.

For me, it integrates directly with Australia Post, so it's been awesome to be able to get those labels sorted out straight out of Shopify without having to muck around. Really appreciate this app and the people who built it, it's great.

Had some issues with my invoices, the problem was quickly resolved. I alsop needed some custom input on my outgoing invoices and also this was quickly added to the invoice. Thank you very much :)

Great product and great customer service. They have quick turnaround when a request is made or a question is asked. Highly recommend. Also the only one that works with the Shopify Bundle's app to show different products in the bundle.

Super Support und schnelle Hilfe bei der Einrichtung. Besonders gut finde ich, dass das Produkt unter 50 Bestellungen kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Sehr gut geeignet für kleine Shops, die gerade am Anfang stehen.

Sont point fort fluide simple assistance au top et vous pouvez avoir la facture en EUR pour vous même si le client a payer en USD par exemple un petit réglage sur la facture vous avez le montant réelle que vous avez perçus de la par de shopify pour les déclarations fiscale.

This is an awesome app that is easy to use and has made running my small business very smooth when it comes to issuing quotations /estimates and invoices to customers.

It is also extremely affordable - for my very seasonal business I pay a token amount during the season and nothing during off-seasons due to their free usage policy so it works great for me instead of having to pay for the entire year when I don't use the app while still have access to its features if needed occasionally.

The team is also very very helpful. I recently had an issue due to complicated pricing structure with multiple discounts applied on some items (Item level and product level discounts) and the team was able to resolve it quickly. Thanks to Robert and his team for this great service.

I highly recommend this app, its virtually flawless, very customizable, and is very much worth the token subscription fee that too based on usage.
