This was the worst app experience of my life and I have used Shopify for over 6 years, working with many app providers. We paid the pro subscription to access the features we wanted. No free trial available. Then we started testing (we ran 8 total quote tests). We realised we were not receiving email notifications that a new quote had been received, which is part of the functions. When I reached out via their chat support, Mohammed said they were having an issue with that, which would take 12 hours to resolve. I still decided to demo the quote tool to my client in spite of this. During the demo, I noticed the app started glitching and then a message within the chat support widget accusing us of spamming their app and asking us what we were using it for and sending thousands of requests.

This is the most disgusting service I've ever seen, I would never recommend this app to anyone. Be careful. The app owner is not emotionally stable.
This person in live chat support speak very rude and a low class language cursing me all kind of dirty language
This person used my app and flooded it with requests. When I asked why they were spamming the app, their response became completely unprofessional and inappropriate, including offensive language. They then left a negative review using a client’s store, which has been reported to Shopify.
Really smooth support experience.The team understood what i was trying to do and gave me a straightforward solution without unnecessary steps.
