la app no da infomarcion real, se puso un ticket de soporte para configurar las medidas de la marca y del fit de la empresa y no se recibio respuesta, tengo quejas de los clientes por dar informacion falsa gracias a una app que no es configurable ni tiene sorporte.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.
We followed up on your support message, but we didn’t receive any further replies, so we weren’t able to walk you through the newly developed features together.
Since your initial support message, we’ve added size-fit customisation and improved the sizing controls you asked about.
You can find them under 'Size Map Editor' in the admin dashboard.
If you’d like to reconnect, just send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to help get everything set up exactly the way you want.
AI-based and very helpful in easily finding the right size. However, it would be even better if a few other metrics were included to identify the most accurate fit. Overall, the size chart app is excellent—simple, easy to use, customizable, and completely free. Exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for this tool, I highly recommend it!
Outstanding Experience with Prime AI Clothing Size Finder!
This app is a brilliantly designed sizing tool, which gives my online store a great customer experience that will reduce returns.
Very easy to install (Follow the pics).
The customer support team is incredibly responsive, providing fast and efficient assistance. Big thanks to Samuel.
Overall, it’s a great app with excellent support, delivering everything you could need from a sizing tool.
I highly recommend.
I have seen a notable difference in conversion since including this function on our website. The steps within the app are clear and concise and do not feel intrusive for the consumer beyond directing them to their suited size efficiently. Our return rate is also much lower.
Wow Super App
