Skulabs has been a great experience. Starting a WMS from scratch seemed daunting, but Skulabs made it effortless. Their customer service and tech support is excellent. They are prompt and want to help in any way they can.

I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and customer service. For those of use with less tech experience learning a new APP can be frustrating. Alex has gone above and beyond in providing not only timely responses but is available in real time as well to help me out.

There are parts of the APP that need some changes but SKU has been willing to work with us and we look forward to some of those changes being implemented.

Refreshing & re-assuring for someone in the UK.

As we're in the UK we found it really difficult to find a system to suit our needs. We tried using a UK based system for 6 months and ran into nothing but issues especially around support actually fixing bugs.

We've only been using SKULabs for a few weeks but so far the experience is great. The software isn't perfect, especially if you're outside the US/Canada, HOWEVER, the support team are fantastic and often roll out development changes for you very quickly to address issues/provide enhancement.

Good Program, overall does the job very well and support is helpful. I have tried many others and I prefer SKULABS

Great software. Using Shopify & Amazon connections at the moment and all is smooth. Great support/onboarding.
