Horrible onboarding. App populates a download button on all of your checkout pages including your physical products not connected to the app. Live chat experience was maddening. Was promised a google meet to chat at a specified time at my urging but never received a link.

When you initially reached out, it was during the weekend. Our team does not normally schedule calls on weekends, but we went out of our way to email you a Google Meet link for a call on Sunday—the same day. Unfortunately, you didn’t respond and didn’t join the call. You could have also booked a call during our regular working hours by clicking the “Book a Call” button either in chat or on the Sky Pilot website, but we never received any notification that you did.
We’d still be happy to help you resolve the issues you were experiencing and ensure your app is set up the way you need. If you’re interested, please reach out to our support team directly—we’ll make it a priority.

I would luv to give zero stars if I could. It's not as user friendly as they say. If you're not familiar with tech like me I definitely, definitely would not use the Sky Pilot app. Every time I reach out to customer service, I tell them I'm not tech savvy and they chat back or leave messages like I'm a tech support specialist..and they are very vague with their instructions. It's so frustrating because they give these hard to understand instructions and I have to reach out to them again and ask for easy to understand answers. Then some of the answers aren't correct and I'm sent on a wild goose chase to get the answers I need. When chatting with the reps it takes them so long to respond back with an answer to my question, 3 to 4 minutes. I asked one rep why it takes them so long..he said they are helping several people at once. I was on a chat for over
2 hours and my question still wasn't answered.
I am a patient and considerate person however
as a business owner dealing with Sky Pilot and Shopify, I've lost money and I'm sure clients as well. I'm not blaming the reps as much as I'm blaming the business..because the representatives are probably overwhelmed and overworked. I have had such bad experiences, and tears of frustration. It's been unbearable and unbelievable.

We reached out to you via email two weeks ago to address the concerns raised in your review, but we haven’t received a response yet. In that email, we mentioned that in order for us to fully assist you, we need the collaboration request to be accepted in Shopify. Without it, we’re unable to access your store to resolve the issues directly. Once you accept the request, if you're still willing to do so, we will be able to guide you through any remaining steps and ensure everything is working as it should.
We also understand the frustration with response times, and we apologize for any delays you experienced. Our team sometimes handles multiple chats, which can sometimes cause some wait times, but we are committed to offering thorough and effective support.

Very useful app that allowed me to fix a problem I was having with Shopify.
God bless Nitesh and the help he gave, I was seriously struggling to figure out what's what, and with his help as well as my son's, they figured out exactly what to do and solved a pretty big problem I was having right before the day of my page's big promotion!

I’ve been using this app for five years and it has worked flawlessly. The two times I had a problem it turned out that it was something on my end that I had done wrong. The support is excellent and so quick. One time I contacted them around midnight, expecting to get a response the next morning. They responded immediately! I am very happy with how easy and effortless this app makes selling digital items. Highly recommended.
