Sky Pilot ‑ Digital Downloads

I am new to Sky Pilot to use for customers to download my embroidery files. The set-up has been VERY user friendly! I had a question about Customer Account Integration and was able to reach customer service on a weekend. Allesandro was so informative and was to help right away. Excellent customer service and fabulous app that I am thrilled to add to my website! For sure recommend adding this app for any digital files for download.

I spent 3 years and a lot of money developing a website that could sell downloadable products and our website sucked. We recently changed to shopify and this app is ESSENTIAL to sell the products on my website: www.SnowboardAddiction.com
The developer is awesome! He has implemented several of the ideas we requested including the ability to stream our videos as well as download them.

Ob wohl ich vorher mit der kostenlosen App von Shopify verkauft habe, war es kein Problem alle vergangenen Verkäufe zu übernehmen. Der Support hat sofort geholfen. I highly recommend this app. I was impressed how easy it is to integrate Vimeo films. Even though I had previously sold with the free Shopify app, it was no problem to take over all past sales. The support helped immediately.

Skypilot is incredible. Does exactly why I need it to do for my online training series. And the customer support kicks ass. Andrew the founder was incredibly generous with his time and patient as he walked me through the set up and integration for my store. 5 stars for Andrew. An app is only as good as its customer support. He's the man. Bottom line, Skypilot is brilliant, well designed, simple to use, highly secure and it'll make u money if you are Selling content. I would highly recommend this app! Customer service is very responsive to questions even prior to install. Incredibly easy integration that you likely will not need support help even with limited technical experience. Provides file downloads based on storage limits in the app. Provides sellable streaming across multiple product variants in a snap. Literally took less than an hour to read all setup documentation and have first videos working like a charm! Your grandmother could install this app!! (sorry tech savvy grams!)

I have been using SkyPilot for almost 3 years now and am still thrilled with how easy and effortless this service makes selling digital items. Any time I've had a question (no matter how small) I get a quick, professional response. I love being able to see which of my customers have downloaded their purchases and how many times. The Access Alert feature has helped me to put a stop to several spambots/pirates/thieves and also allowed me to work with a few of my customers to secure their own email accounts. All in all, a tremendously positive experience!

The app is very useful if you sell digital products since Shopify doesn't have its own way of doing this. Also, since we first started using the app 5 years ago, it's been updated and upgraded for better user experience. And the customer support team is VERY responsive, which is, of course, one of the most important things about any app one uses with their Shopify store. I've been working with Alessandro recently and he's awesome. Helped us fix some glitches we found in Safari, etc. and also very helpful about a recent update we did in the SkyPilot theme. First I'll talk about the team. I started messaging sky pilot for customizations in the app that suits my website, and a cooperative, lovely, smiling, professional team welcomed me.

They quickly understood my needs and started implementing them straight away. I also owe Alessandro a special thank you for all his perfect assistance and for having the time to listen, meet and implement. The team is so aligned to their business values, to assist businesses to the digital world.

As for the app itself, it is so easy to use, it has an easy interface. I couldn't have found something better than that.

We really enjoy using Sky Pilot as we have a ton of online courses that Sky Pilot helps with sending to our customers in an easy and effortless way. The option to "mark as fulfilled" helps save hours of work for our inventory team member for free courses and the "notify all past purchasers" option helps make sending emails to our LIVE zoom link classes simple and easy. Their customer service is great as well. I had a problem that was solved smoothly as the chat option stays open until the problem is solved. This means that if the problem isn't solved on one day, I can log on the next day and can continue chatting. Sky Pilot has dramatically improved the online course department of our business. Thank you for offering a great service.
