Highly recommend SkyPilot - from a digital shop owner with over 28,000 digital file orders. :) Customer support is always quick and very thorough. Kenan especially was amazing, answering questions and offering support for solutions I hadn't even thought of relating to my original question. I was incredibly impressed with customer service today, and I've always had a great experience when I've needed to reach out.

My business has been a long time partner with SkyPilot for many years. I recently had an incident in file transfers where Shopify changed a handle, causing large amount of file disconnects. After reaching out to SkyPilot, they stepped right in to help me reset many download filing links so that my customers could continue having access to what they had digitally purchased. It’s taken a bit of work but now everything is all straightened out. Thank you SkyPilot! Onward to new horizons!

Your success means a lot to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we worked through the situation together. If you ever need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. Here's to new horizons ahead!

As a business owner selling digital sewing patterns on Shopify, I needed a delivery system that was reliable, professional, and easy for my customers to use. Sky Pilot has delivered on all of that. The setup was simple, file management is organized, and the branded download experience makes everything feel cohesive with my store.
What I appreciate most is that it just works. My customers receive their files quickly and without confusion. Whenever I’ve had questions, support has been responsive and helpful. For anyone selling digital products and wanting a smooth, polished delivery experience, I highly recommend Sky Pilot.
