After deleting the app, I am still being charged €43.84 monthly for the subscription. Very unfortunate. I even indicated during the trial that I didn't want to continue with the subscription, and yet I am still being billed for it.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Subscription charges are processed directly through Shopify’s billing system, so we don’t have direct control over when Shopify applies the charge.
Please reply to the email we sent you or contact our customer support team with your store details. We’ll review the charge and will be happy to assist you with a full refund.

SPL has been a very useful and easy-to-use app for connecting our Shopify store with TikTok Shop. Being able to manage product syncing, real-time inventory updates, TikTok orders, fulfillment, and tracking in one place saves us a lot of manual work and makes our daily operations much more efficient.
We also had an excellent customer support experience. We accidentally subscribed to a higher-tier plan than we needed, and Mehak was very responsive, professional, and proactive in helping us with the refund process. Mehak kept us updated and made the whole situation easy to resolve.
A genuinely useful app backed by excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
I only signed up for the free trial and uninstalled the app during the trial period because I decided not to continue using it. Despite that, I was still charged for a monthly subscription afterward. The subscription terms and cancellation process were not clear enough, and I did not expect to be billed. This was a very disappointing experience, as I ended up paying for a service I had already stopped using. I hope they improve the transparency of their subscription and billing process to prevent this from happening to other users.
