Extremely hard to connect and get started. We have tried several times and had to use another email to continue set up.

There is an in-app link to the User Guide that is also available on our website (eniture.com). It is written for an 8th-grade readability score. If you make use of the User Guide, you should have no difficulty. If you have difficulty you can contact us for support and we will quickly resolve it. Regarding the comment about your email address... You should direct this complaint to your email provider.
I use the Worldwide Express LTL and Small Package app for Shopify and they're both great. The best thing is their SUPPORT! Paul picks up the phone and answers my questions immediately! So helpful.
The support we received from them went above and beyond expectations! They also provided customization for us and the quality of work was exceptional. These guys are some of THE best in the app store.
