Hey Engage Jewels 👋
You were with us for three months, so something clearly went wrong along the way. There's no text with the rating, so I'm a bit in the dark here, but I didn't want to just sit on it: I've refunded your charges for all of our apps in full. Should show up on your end within a few days 😔
I'm the founder. If you're up for it, send me an email, even one line about what didn't work. If it's fixable I'll fix it with you personally, and if it's not, your feedback still helps me make the app better for the next stores that install it.
Hope to hear from you 🙂
