Very useful app. And I always get super-quick customer service.
Simon identified an issue to boost my SEO! He was super fast and efficient. THANK YOU!
Great app to improve your stores speed, quality and SEO. We have also received good and fast support on any questions we have had.
Great experience using the app and great support. They actually reached out to correct my JSON-LD without me asking as it had some conflicts. Very happy
Well thought out and easy to configure amp. Support from Efrain was excellent and very responsive. We'll be keeping an eye on results!
Fantastic support - Efrain went above and beyond to help!
Efrein was amazing!! Tiny SEO seems really responsive and proactive! Apparently, paying the fee for the app doesn't mean it's fully automated. The humans who work at Tiny SEO is top notch!

The app is not bad, is ok, but this is not ok !
We attempted to reach the merchant but were unable to get in touch with them. We hope everything is well on their end.
After reviewing the store's billing history, I confirmed that the merchant was charged three times for the following billing periods: February 21–March 23, March 23–April 22 and April 22–May 22.
The app was uninstalled on May 3, at which point all future billing was automatically cancelled. However, because the merchant had already entered the third billing cycle before uninstalling, Shopify processed the final charge and included it on a later invoice, which is standard Shopify billing behavior.
Once the merchant contacted us on May 22, we immediately issued a full refund of $14 for the pending charge in the form of Shopify credit. Shopify also sent the merchant an email confirming the refund.
We followed the correct process at every stage, so it is really sad to see a review that does not reflect what occurred. I hope we will be able to connect with the merchant and sort this out!
