I could never have managed everything manually. This app made it easy and the customer service is fast.
Customer service is very good, very considerate, guide me to complete the setup throughout the process.
Serious app. I had an issue with billing, but the developer promptly resolved it. The support is great.
Hi,
As you picked the 9.99 plan, not the free plan, you were charged accordingly. Here is the proof: https://prnt.sc/aoQs-K39udX2 (This is a screenshot from our Shopify partners dashboard).
The merchant has to approve the plan through Shopify billing window and then Shopify charges you from their end based on the plan you pick.
I replied to you on email to resolve this issue. And I'm willing to refund you out of good will.
Update:
We refunded everything we could through our Shopify partners dashboard and reached out to Shopify to cancel the subscription so the merchant is not charged again and to refund the charges we cannot refund due to Shopify limitations. The refunds will be processed in 3-4 business days.
