I'm just getting started with Tiny SEO, but the experience so far has not disappointed in any way. I'm finding, (with guidance from a pro), that this app can achieve everything I hoped it would.

Speaking of pro's, Julia jumped on with me when I asked for help, and guided me through each process I needed to understand. I know how tough it can be to help "newbies" who don't know a jpeg from a fillet of fish sandwich. Julia demonstrated so much patience and kindness, not to mention TOTAL competence in the product. If all of Tiny SEO's support is as first class as what I got from Julia today, you'll have customers for life.

I experienced an issue with lazy loading applying to an image that was negatively impacting the largest contentful paint which was undesirable. I reached out to TinyIMG/Tiny SEO support and they were able to identify and address the issue quickly. Simon was professional, friendly, and very helpful. This is such an easy app to work with. As a new business owner, some of the terminologies might be difficult to understand and tasks can be daunting but this app made the tasks easy to complete.

It has good definitions, clear guide on what to do at each stage. I used it for optimising my images, improving page speed, adding alt text to my images, site audit and SEO. It's an all in one package.

Honestly its rare to feel customer focus running through the veins of a business so hats off to the management as well. Easy to say but near impossible to implement without a team who believes.

so far its going really well. I just introduced TinyIMG a week or so ago. (thats why only four starts because it hasn't been long enough to share real impact) I sent a concerned email regarding billing and got a response instantly from Ian to ease my mind that all was good. I have followed all of the directions given to me and so far everything is simple and easy to follow. I will review again in about 2 months to share any news after everything has been applied and there has been time to create a real impact. fingers crossed!

My webshop was really very slow, it took about 5 to 8 seconds to load completely. Since I enabled the lazy loader in the application it is so much faster. Also great that it automatically generates the image file names which I did myself before. This will save me a lot of time because I have many pictures.
