Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer

This app is great and reasonably easy to use for beginners like myself.
The support service is next level. I’ve worked with them while getting started and found them to be extremely responsive and informative. Julia, on a couple of occasions, went above and beyond to help me out. Her support made a huge difference in getting up and running smoothly. Highly recommended!

The app instantly improved my score on PageSpeed Insights from 3 to 42, and we haven't even used all of the features. The customer service was fantastic. They even helped fix an issue on the site completely unrelated to their app. Great start with this app!

There's so many good things to say here. First, TinySEO saved us so much time by optimizing everything that needed to be optimized. The tool itself is great, but the support...wow! Always someone there to help and dig into any issues. I was dealing with Simon, and he was fast, fixed my issues immediately, and did recommendations that would only help! I strongly recommend this app! Owner - amiba.shop

Relatively new to the app but very happy so far! Aside from some of the great automatic processes (my first pressing need was to re-name about 1500 image files) it has provided welcome guidance and focus to my SEO efforts! Customer service is also amazing, they contacted me about an issue I wasn't even aware of!!

Thank you to Julia for her tremendous efforts. The speed of our website has increased dramatically. We had a small issue with CSS changes making some buttons invisible but Julia was very quick in helping us locate and fix the change. If I could give more stars, I would. So far very happy with both the app and the incredible support.

5. Sep.: Great app and great support - highly recommended! It is easy to understand and really quick to work with. I could upgrade my SEO-store from some 40 to 65 within two days - this is what makes fun to further work with!

24. Sep: I must take back my good review - I was surprisingly charged €€66, although I had a "free" plan. As far as I can see, I reached the limit for free image optimization, but I was not made aware of this at any time. Unpleasant!
Update: the €66 have been refunded, they resulted from a misunderstanding. Nevertheless, although app performance was very good, my confidence is gone, and I will not go on with this app. The five stars are for the really good support.

TINY might be in their name, but their support is nothing short of extraordinary. Recently, a member of their team proactively reached out to inform us about an identified issue—something we truly appreciate as it shows their commitment to customer success. When I needed further assistance, I connected with Julia from their chat support, and the experience was outstanding. Within minutes, she not only pinpointed the exact issues but also guided us through the fixes with clarity and efficiency.
What impressed me even more was that Julia went above and beyond by suggesting additional improvements to enhance our SEO performance. This level of proactive, solution-oriented support is rare and speaks volumes about the quality of their service.
Another feature we absolutely love is the transparency TINY provides around future developments. Being able to see feature requests from other merchants, along with planned improvements, gives us confidence that the platform is continuously evolving based on real user feedback. It’s a collaborative approach that makes us feel heard and valued.
In short, TINY delivers big on support and innovation. We highly recommend their product to anyone looking for a reliable, forward-thinking solution.

Great app, which I highly recommend. Easy to use and setup, provides a lot of useful insight for SEO and other useful tools to help optimize site performance.

Support, reply fast in my experience, when I've needed it. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I designed my store by myself and took over 1 year: so many promises and no exceptional delivery. I was stuck on SEO, but this app is fantastic. It coaches you and guides you step by step through SEO. it has remendilsy help me understand that area and fixed all my seo problems, I m not that technical savy, But this app is the best and customer service excllent, dont waste your time on other seo apps. YOU NEED THIS ONE!
