Their support staff is very responsive and very patient. I've worked with both Simon and Chris. I'm grateful they are available!

I highly appreciate these guys. I forgot to cancel my trial and got charged for Plan, but they refunded my full amount when requested.

Incredible Service and the 'above and beyond' is a refreshing approach. Well done Julia!!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Julia from TinyIMG for her exceptional support and expertise. She went FAR beyond her job requirements to help me.

Great little app, save's a whole lot of time with seo and the alt tags. Also had no problems with install into my theme

Loving the app so far, the customer service has been exceptionally responsive as I'm learning the features. Excellent experience.

Amazing service, they went over and above to help me with my website SEO. The app is really easy to use and a good price for what you get

Just started using this app and it's really opened my eyes to SEO possibilities, with a simple click. Love the great great support chat offered.

Julia has been the most outstanding customer service representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She proactively reached out to offer assistance with my SEO performance and clearly explained the steps I needed to take to improve it. What truly stood out was her willingness to help without expecting anything in return—she provided valuable support free of charge, something that others would typically charge a significant fee for. I am genuinely grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. Julia is a true asset to your team and undoubtedly deserves recognition and a promotion.
