The support staff
This is where they outshine everyone. I've had problems with my theme and paid for a speed increase from a seller on Fiver, I knew straight away something was wrong and when I asked the team here, they went above and beyond to help me.
I discovered I was scammed on Fiver & in minutes the lovely lady had me back to a stage where I could progress without the damage the scammer had done.

Really impressed :)

Ein super rundum SEO Tool für, um viele Aufgaben mit wenig Zeitaufwand zu erledigen. Der Support ist TOP - Unterstützend zeitnah für wirklich jedes Problem.

I've used multiple SEO / JSON / Schema apps and have found Tiny SEO to be the easiest to set up and integrate. Within the first 10 minutes of using the app I have managed to improve my site speed significantly and discover a handful of SEO issues that I can now easily fix.

Support from Julia has been exceptional with genuine feedback, suggestions and even assistance in issues outside of the scope of Tiny SEO also.

Glad I made the switch to Tiny SEO!

C'est très facile d'utilisation et Julia donne d'excellents conseils ! Je recommande fortement l'installation de TinyIMG. J'ai grandement optimisé la taille des images et ajouté les métadonnées en un clic!

Great app, Great support.
They don't usually do custom code settings, but they did it for us.

AI works beautifully, it is up to you whether to use it or not.
Image optimization is something we now don't have to worry.

Every thing is theme embed, so it doesn't impact website performance like other apps.

The app is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. Always opt for apps with excellent customer service—it's often more crucial than the app itself. I'm extremely satisfied with them. They even detected a fake code on our site and promptly informed us about it. We'll definitely continue using their app.

TinyImg is a speed and SEO optimisation app that's been a game changer for my Shopify store. Initially, I was unsure about its use, neglecting its potential. However, I've now come to appreciate its ability to audit and solve crucial issues like missing ALT tags or resizing images, allowing me to focus on what truly matters. What stands out is their exceptional customer service; not only do they offer helpful articles, but having access to a chat for guidance and quick answers is brilliant. I'm now a frequent user of the app. Highly recommend!
