I am a technophobe, honestly do not understand technology at all, i struggle, with setting this app on my website due to not having any knowledge of the terminology or any insight on what is needed, I had a message from Eli, offering to help me with all he could which i very kindly accepted as i really need the help, i will say that i was very grateful and thankful to him for all his help, even if he did say i still have to do a lot myself just to give a human touch to the website as opposed as all being done by AI and i totally get that, so i will say, that i was impressed by his offer and his help and do recommend this App to any of you looking for a SEO boost.
Hi,
I checked your store and It has traffic, Its found on google, but It needs more time and work. SEO is a long term strategy. It took us 5-6 months to get first installs from our website and we invested a lot into it.
But I'm happy to help you take a look on what can be improved, prepare a strategy.
I sent you an email, would you mind getting back to me ?
great app! I am using it for my other store and now connected to my new one. Support is great! Thank you guys! :) Recommend
The team at TinySEO are so friendly and helpful. Julie really went out of her way to help and assist me, to fix my issue. Without this type of service, I would of been stuck. 10 out of 10 for TinySEO and 10 out of 10 for Julie's support and customer service.
Amazing support especially with Julia. Always helpful and bringing value! thank you
So far this app has been very helpful, as otherwise I would be grabbling around in the dark. Seems very reasonably priced too.
The customers support team (Julia) is outstanding and are always quick to respond and provide answers to our questions about the app.
App is amazing and very user friendly, support is 24/7 which is absolutely amazing, customer support is present whenever you need them, overall one of the best services you can get for your Shopify store ! By the way, I'm not the type of person to write reviews, but these people really deserve it !
Julia did an amazing job helping me get my Shopify storefront running smoothly!
Amazing app!
Very user-friendly and easy to work with. The team was super helpful and responsive, and the results are already very satisfying. Highly recommended!
Julia was absolutely amazing! She fixed everything for me — from the theme’s JSON-LD, to the schema, and even created and added a favicon to my store. She did all the technical work quickly and professionally, and made the whole process super easy for me. I’m extremely grateful for her help. Highly recommended!
