I absolutely love it! The app has been a real game changer, both for the image optimization and the SEO improvements. I also really appreciate how responsive and proactive your team is. I always feel supported and guided, which makes a huge difference :)

Super easy setup and phenomenal support!

TinySEO is a breeze to configure and delivers immediate value. Between effortless image compression, lazy loading, and complete JSON-LD schema integration, it keeps performance fast and helps search engines easily index your catalog.

Their customer support team is standout—responsive, kind, and ready to walk you through technical fixes in minutes. Highly recommended!

TinySEO is very user friendly and if you need help, just open the chat and they respond what seems immediately, regardless of the time of day. Chris helped me through multiple issues and was so kind, informative, and patient. I am really enjoying TinySEO plugged into my Shopify and am BEYOND IMPRESSED with their customer service. I am very happy with how the software points out exactly where to do in Shopify to help your SEO. Thank you for TinySEO for a product that helps non-coders and website developers. 5 stars all around!

TinySEO has been extremely helpful. They supported me with getting my website indexed properly and also helped resolve several backend issues on my store. Their customer service was friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the process.

I’m very happy with the support I received and really appreciate the time they took to help me. Highly recommended!

Excellent Support & SEO Assistance

I had a great experience with the TinySEO support team, especially Julia. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.

She identified that my store had multiple JSON-LD/schema sources running at the same time, explained the duplication issue clearly, and personally helped disable the unnecessary theme schema safely while keeping a backup. She also helped identify the GPTLab schema conflict and verified everything afterwards.

After the changes, Google’s Rich Results Test showed valid Product, Merchant Listing, Breadcrumb and Review structured data with no errors.

What impressed me most was that Julia didn’t just give instructions — she took the time to investigate the issue properly, explain what she was doing, and make sure everything was working correctly.

Excellent customer service and a very useful SEO app. Highly recommended!

I used TinySEO in order to compress thousands of photos and to get storage in Shopify again. The job was done, but still no more storage. I reached out to Shopify and TinySEO for help. I was confused and stressed since my goal wasn’t reached. I got quick help. Especially Julia from Customer Service helped me a lot. She always answered quick and is very competent. I felt I was in good hands. This is what you expect or at least hope for in these days from customer service. She helped all along to fix the problem, which was on Shopifys side. I am satisfied and thankful. Anytime again.

Not only did this help me fix my site speed issues since our photos were too high res this also helps us track our seo team

I’m very happy with the support provided by Tiny SEO. The team is professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They responded quickly to my questions and took the time to clearly explain the solutions and help me resolve my issues.

The app itself is easy to use and very useful for improving SEO on a Shopify store, but the excellent customer support really makes a difference. Highly recommended!
