Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer

I had some technical issues with my site regarding image optimization and favicon setup, but Julia from the TinyIMG support team resolved everything quickly and professionally. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and helped me step by step until everything was working perfectly. The app itself is extremely useful — it boosted my site speed, improved SEO, and helped fix broken links effortlessly. I highly recommend TinyIMG to any Shopify merchant looking to optimize performance and image SEO. Thank you again to Julia for the outstanding support!

This app simplifies a lot of the processes for your site. I am a drag and drop kind of guy for the most part. I installed this and ran it and it revealed a lot of things to make my site better. It also tells you how to fix them with very little research. I had it installed for a few days and then I received an email from them saying they noticed a couple of issues with my site.( I had noticed them but did not know how to cure them.) Then they offered to fix them for me and did not charge me a dime! Their support is far and above. Just buy it! You will thank me later.

I came across Tiny SEO and decided to give it a go. And, I'm so glad I did. Apart from the amazing and easy-to-navigate features, the customer service blew me away. Julia was absolutely brilliant. She guided me through the whole process, gave excellent recommendations and even jumped into my store's backend to fix some issues. Thanks, Julia...you are amazing. I look forward to great improvements with Tiny SEO.

We just started using this App and are so happy we found TinyIMG! This is very easy to get started. They have a terrific website with support articles to learn from (I'm a beginner) and also a video channel too. However, the best part is the people! Simon contacted me after a few days and alerted me to an issue in my shop I didn't even know about. He diagnosed and fixed it within minutes. So helpful! Now that is customer service! Other Apps should take notice. Thank you TinyIMG!!

This plugin solved a big problem for me. My website used to be quite slow, and I tried many methods without success. But after purchasing their plan today, their customer support was very responsible and professional—it felt like dealing with real hackers, so skilled and knowledgeable. They also gave me lots of useful advice. Now, my website is running very fast. Thank you! I have great confidence in this plugin and believe that if I encounter any issues later, they will be resolved promptly and well. Thanks again!

This is best app I have used in my time as a business owner. They have thought of everything. I especially like the fact that you set your rules and then it updates every new bit of content or imagery you put in. Every business needs this tool! This has decreased our start up workload by 30%

The app offers exceptional features when set up correctly. Julia was incredibly helpful—she went above and beyond by identifying critical errors on our website that were significantly affecting our SEO. What stood out most was that she brought these issues to our attention proactively, without us even asking for assistance. Her initiative and the overall quality of customer support truly deserve recognition. Highly appreciated!

Consigliato!

Service is attentive (thank you Chris!) and specific to your implementation, quick to enable the app functionalities, and we are seeing the benefits of SEO optimization especially, as we are appearing in search results above the brands we carry as a reseller!
